ARDOR DESIGNER sells must-have luxury Fashion & Beauty from over 300 of the world's most coveted designers.  To view a complete list of all our designers, click on the Designers category.

How to shop

• Use the Fashion Shop or Beauty Shop links in the top navigation bar to help you find what you are looking for.  You can also shop by browsing various Designers, whats on Sale and What's New.  Shop for Gifts or alternatively you can shop from our Runway.
• Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and quantity, and click on the Add To Cart button underneath each item.
• Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page.  From The SHOPPING BAG page you can also tick the box to the left of the product and hit Update Cart below to remove items from your cart.
• Click on Checkout to complete your order or Continue Shopping to add more items to yout cart.

Sizing information

Sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock.  So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:

• A link to Size Charts to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.
• An Item Specifications tab with further information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size.
• A link to Fitting Rooms for information on visiting Our Studio to try the garment on, or alternitively, information on our free Returns and Exchange Policy for item that dont fit.

ARDOR DESIGNER offers seasonal sales twice a year.  To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions, click here.

Sale price adjustment policy

ARDOR DESIGNER is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a sale.  Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved.  All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your ARDOR DESIGNER account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.  We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your ARDOR DESIGNER account:

• Track your orders and review past purchases
• Build a customised Wish List to create personalized outfits that you can email to friends and family.  Plus, you can also print your shopping lists for increased convenience
• Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives
• Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
• Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
