RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only except exchanges on sale items and lay-by's.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of purchase. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Ardor must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.
All returns must be sent with an Ardor Returns Form. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify of the reason for the return & if you require an exchange or refund.
Please include the following when returning an item to Ardor:
a) The completed Ardor Returns Form, including RA number where indicated
b) Your order print out
And return the goods to:

a) We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.
b) All exchanges will be posted out at the cost of the customer.
c) Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods (excluding faulty items).
Free Delivery: We offer FREE 1-3 day delivery (with tracking) on all orders over $100.
DUE TO THE CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY GUIDELINES, PERFUMES AND COSMETICS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE SENT THROUGH THE POST OR AIR. ALL OF OUR PERFUMES & COSMETICS ARE SENT VIA EPARCEL REGISTERED COURIER. FOR THIS REASON WE CANNOT OFFER EXPRESS COURIER FOR ANY BEAUTY PRODUCTS.
We post with Australia Post eParcel Registered or Express courier. For your security we do not use regular postage; using eParcel Registered or Express courier you will always receive a tracking number with your order.
All purchases must be paid for in advance of us posting your order. Your order will be posted within 48 hours of us receiving payment. Please understand if you make a payment via e-check using PayPal it can take up to 5 working days for funds to clear. If you use a credit or debit card funds will clear straight away. Once payment has been received we will post your item.
DUE TO THE CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY GUIDELINES, PERFUMES AND COSMETICS ARE CLASSIFIED AS DANGEROUS GOODS AND ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE SENT THROUGH THE AIR. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT POST COSMETIC PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY. ALL CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES CAN BE POSTED WORLDWIDE.
Shipping outside of Australia: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Ardor Designer ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the duties and / or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
We post internationally with Australia Post Airmail, Pack & Track and Express courier.

International Returns & Exchanges
Customers outside of Australia are free to return items for exchange or store credit, under the terms of our return policy above. However, in the case of returns on items that don't fit properly, the customer is required to pay any postage costs, customs duties or taxes incurred when sending the item back.
You can exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you are outside of Australia, you are required to pay any customs duties or taxes incurred. To exchange an item follow the steps for returning an item outlined above.
If you want to return your item, you must report it within 7 days of receiving your order and return within 7 days after that. Exceptions can be made when the reason for the return is related to the item being faulty. Returns outside of this time frame may be granted by Ardor in the form of a store credit.
Fair Trading Act. 1999
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER UNDER THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS FAIR TRADING ACT 1999. If you are based in Australia under the Fair Trading Act 1999, you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt.
When are you entitled to seek a refund?
When you receive the goods, or some time afterwards, you may find they do not meet an implied condition. This is a breach of the contract and you are entitled to seek a 'remedy' of your choice, such as a:
When you are NOT entitled to seek a refund If there is no breach of an implied condition – for example, if you:
- Replacement (exchange)
- Online store credit (gift card or voucher)
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- Found the goods cheaper elsewhere
- Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
- Damaged the goods by misusing them

Items should be returned unused, and with all ARDOR and label garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a return refused. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. All items returned should have a Return Authorisation number to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Shoes: All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Lingerie & Swimwear: Due to health & safety authority guidelines, returns are not accepted for swimwear, lingerie or hosiery.
Faulty goods: Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
